An operations expert and empathetic advisor, Todd Dean co-founded our Texas adoption agency and serves as operations director, combining his extensive business background with Tina Dean’s clinical adoption expertise to create the agency that they both envisioned.
Todd welcomed the opportunity to build from the ground up an agency that was unique in its structure and mission. He has a heart for serving as a community activist in pro-life, unplanned pregnancy and adoption causes and knows some of the frustrations and unmet needs that mothers and adoptive parents experience in the adoption process. It was for this reason that Legacy established a ‘client first’ focus.
As operations director, Todd supports Legacy Adoption Services with more than 20 years of experience as an executive sales and marketing leader in the North Texas region. After earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, he excelled in account management and progressed to a top leadership post as general sales manager for a material handling company. Todd’s employer was recognized as a premier Toyota Industrial Equipment Dealer in North America. There, Todd Dean spent nearly two decades successfully managing sales teams, driving positive organizational change and forging both internal and external long-term strategic partnerships.
Todd’s ability to establish honest and open communication was instrumental in his managerial positions and is valued at our Texas adoption agency.

Todd Dean and his wife Tina have five children. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, off-roading and just hanging out in the yard by the pool.
